1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if the client can demonstrate that the agreed services were not delivered as outlined in the signed service agreement or scope of work. To be eligible for a refund:

 • The client must submit a written refund request within 30 days of the originally agreed service delivery date.
• The request must include supporting documentation showing that the promised services were not performed or were materially incomplete.

Refund requests submitted after the deadline or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

2. Required Documentation

To evaluate your refund request, you must provide:

 • A clear description of the service issue.
• All relevant correspondence, reports, screenshots, or records that demonstrate non-delivery of the services agreed upon.

 Incomplete evidence may result in the refund being denied.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Services already completed in accordance with the contract or approved deliverables.
• Work where deliverables have been accepted or revisions requested by the client.
• Costs paid to external platforms or vendors on behalf of the client (e.g., ad spend on Google, Meta, or other third-party fees).
• Digital products, templates, or digital downloads once access has been granted.
• Change of mind, misunderstanding of services, or accidental purchases.

4. Review and Processing

Once DigitalMedia360LLC receives your refund request with all required information:

• The request will be reviewed within 10–14 business days.
• We may request additional details to clarify the issue.
• If approved, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of undelivered service as determined by our review.

 Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.

• Contract or invoice reference

By engaging in our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
